Unlike traditional liquid bleach, which is highly alkaline, EZ Bleach™ is formulated to deliver effective disinfection at a near‑neutral pH. This makes it less corrosive and more surface‑friendly, while still providing broad‑spectrum disinfecting performance through hypochlorous acid (HOCl).

EZ Bleach™ tablets are pre‑measured to deliver a consistent disinfectant concentration when mixed according to the label directions. Scaling up from 16 oz to 1 gallon simply increases the total volume, not the chemistry. When properly diluted, the resulting solution maintains a near‑neutral pH, regardless of container size.

This consistency is one of the advantages of the tablet format—it helps ensure reliable performance and surface compatibility while avoiding the variability often seen with manually diluted liquid bleach.
